SAMRO is delighted to announce that it has joined hands with Artscape, Cape Town, to bring its customer services to its members in the Western Cape. The SAMRO contact centre, located at Artscape, started operating on 1 February 2016. The contact centre will assist applicants with application for SAMRO membership and notification/registration of their musical works.
The opening of the SAMRO contact centre at Artscape follows hot on the heels of other contact centres, established in partnership with artists’ organisations, in Limpopo, Kwazulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape. This is part of SAMRO’s drive to expand its customer service to major centres around the country.
