Downtown Music Publishing Africa will close for a short year-end reset from 19 December 2025 and reopen on 5 January 2026. This pause helps the team return ready for 2026. During this period, responses may slow, but your rights, registrations, and in-cycle submissions remain secure.
What This Means for Your Catalogue
If you have urgent catalogue, credits, or metadata updates, please send them before the break. Clean splits and aligned identifiers — the International Standard Recording Code (ISRC) and the International Standard Musical Work Code (ISWC) — help works flow smoothly across South Africa’s Performing Rights Organisation (SAMRO), Collective Management Organisation (CAPASSO) and neighbouring-rights systems such as SAMPRA. Ensuring these are correct before the holidays avoids delays when cycles restart in January.
