Easter office break: key dates to note
Please note that Downtown Music Publishing Africa will be taking a short office break over the Easter holiday period. Our team will pause operations from 3 April to 6 April and resume on 7 April.
For creators, rights-holders and partners, the practical takeaway is simple: if you need support on active requests, submissions or admin follow-ups, factor these dates into your planning. Getting urgent items in before the break helps keep everything moving cleanly once the office reopens.
What this means in practice
This is a short operational pause, not a change to our service offering. If you are preparing materials, approvals or catalogue queries, use the window before 3 April to lock in anything time-sensitive.
That matters most for requests that rely on back-and-forth, such as rights confirmations, documentation checks or delivery follow-ups. A little planning now can save avoidable delays after the holiday.
